Terms of Service of the “Alliance” Tattoo Studio
This document defines the rules for providing services at the “Alliance” Tattoo Studio (hereinafter – the Studio) and the procedure for using the website tattookiev.org. We strive to ensure the most comfortable, safe, and transparent experience for every Client. By using our services, You agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Provisions
The “Alliance” Studio provides tattooing, sketch design, correction, tattoo and permanent makeup removal, consultations, and aftercare services. All procedures are performed by qualified artists in compliance with sanitary norms and safety standards. Our artists have at least 5 years of practical experience. During this time, each has completed more than 2000 tattoos of varying complexity. The Studio has been operating since 2015, constantly improving techniques and approaches to safety and client comfort. Every year, our artists attend advanced training courses with well-known tattoo artists in Ukraine to enhance their skills. We do not provide permanent makeup or piercing services, focusing exclusively on artistic tattooing and tattoo removal.
1.1. Our Reputation and Standards
The “Alliance” Studio cooperates with verified suppliers of pigments and equipment certified according to EU standards (for example, Intenze Inks). Our clients leave 99% positive reviews on the Google Reviews platform, which confirms our reputation.
2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be made via contact channels (phone, messengers), website chat, social networks, or directly at the Studio. As a rule, a prepayment may be required to secure a time slot, which will be communicated in advance. If You are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please notify the administrator no later than 48 hours in advance. This allows effective scheduling and preserves Your prepayment.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
The cost of services is determined individually depending on the complexity, size, and scope of the tattoo. All details regarding the price are discussed with the artist before the session! Payment is made after the session or partially – as a prepayment. The prepayment is non-refundable in case of unjustified cancellation (less than 48 hours before the appointment) but can be rescheduled upon agreement. If the service was not provided due to the Studio’s fault, the payment is refunded in full.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
The Studio guarantees the sterility of instruments, the use of disposable materials, and high-quality pigments. The Client, in turn, confirms that they are familiar with the aftercare recommendations, have no medical contraindications (such as allergies, skin conditions, diabetes, etc.), and are at least 18 years old. If the Client is under 18, the procedure is possible only with written consent from parents or legal guardians.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
We treat personal data with care and process it in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and our Privacy Policy. Learn more in our Privacy Policy. Information provided during booking or communication is not shared with third parties without Your consent, except as required by law.
6. Use of Photo and Video Materials
We respect each Client’s privacy. Photos or videos of Your tattoo may be published only with Your verbal or written consent. Copyright for created sketches belongs to the artist or the “Alliance” Studio and cannot be reproduced without the author’s permission. The Client has the right to order a unique sketch that will not be repeated for other works.
7. Safety and Medical Recommendations
After each session, the client receives personalized aftercare recommendations. The Studio is not responsible for possible complications if aftercare instructions are violated or if the session took place despite hidden contraindications. We do not perform medical procedures and do not provide consultations that constitute medical intervention.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Studio is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, power outages, artist illness, etc.). In such cases, a new date is agreed upon with the Client, and the prepayment remains valid. We are not responsible for the use of website materials outside the context of official information.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Studio Administration reserves the right to update these Terms to ensure compliance with current legislation and internal service standards. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about the current rules.
9.1. Complaint Handling Procedure
If You have complaints or comments regarding the quality of services, please contact the administrator via contacts (phone, messengers), website chat, social networks, or Telegram. The complaint should include a description of the situation, the date of the session, and contact details for feedback. We review complaints within 3 working days, conduct an internal investigation, and provide a written response. In case the Studio’s fault is confirmed, we offer compensation (a discount or a free correction). All complaints are processed confidentially.
